We are always looking forward to assisting our clients in any problem they may incur during the purchase or usage of our services and products. Please note that some circumstances are above us, we will however try to assist the best way possible.

Our full terms & conditions are stipulated below. By paying or signing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All rights reserved. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the used prices at any time. If a user has booked and paid for it, then the Service Provider is obligated to deliver the service to the client with the prices valid at the moment the payment was made.

Terms & Conditions
Layby & Pre-orders
  1. Please note that Layby is only availabe in-store not online. Contact the store via whatsapp or email if you wish to make a layby or pre-order.

  2. We accept layby with 3 months to pay. A minimum of 50% deposit fee is required.

  3. Pre-ordered items usually take 7-14 working days. Please note that a minimum of 50% deposit fee is required to process your pre-order.

  4. Unfortunately, we do not refund, exchange or cancel layby or pre-ordered items. However, partial refunds and store credits are in the owner's reasonable discretion.

Returns & Refunds
  1. Orders can be Refunded or Exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Wigs must please be unworn, not damaged and in original packaging.

  3. We do note refund or exchange items on sale

  4. We arrange couriers to collect your returned order from your address if the error on the order was on our side, so the process is quick and hassle free and you do not need to pay any delivery charges. 

  5. If you choose to do an Exchange, your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.

  6. If you choose a Refund then as soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT or if you paid via Payfast we will simply do a refund via Payfast.

Its Your Responsibility;
  1. to insure that your order is returned to us in time

  2. to forward proof of payment in time

  3. to reference correctly

  4. to insure that the account details provided are correct for refund

  5. to insure that all details for the appointment are correct, including arrival time  etc
