BOOKING CONTRACT

Our full terms & conditions are stipulated below. By paying and signing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All rights reserved. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the used prices at any time. If a user has booked and paid for it, then the Service Provider is obligated to deliver the service to the client with the prices valid at the moment the booking was made.

Terms & Conditions
Confirming Bookings

  1. You are not booked until payment is made. Date & slot is available to anyone until you have paid to reserve your date and slot

  2. Appointments are only confirmed once payment is received. If you are paying from a different bank account from ours, we advise that you do an immediate payment so your payment can reflect immediately.

  3. Payments should strictly be made into our Standard Bank Business Account or Lerato Donga's Personal Account.

  4. For quotes whose total exceeds R2000, A non-refundable 50% reservation fee is required to book your time slot. If your total is R2000 or less, you need to pay in full.

  5. Pay & Book for your appointment at least 2/3 months prior. Our weekends are usually fully booked. During peak seasons (Sept - Jan), you’ll need to book 4/5 months prior

Cancelling & Rescheduling

  1. We strictly do not refund on missed appointments or late arrival by a client on the day of the appointment.

  2. Appointments 10 mins late are charged extra R200. Appointments 20+ mins late are cancelled with no refund. We take pride in our craft and we therefore don't want to rush when working. We will not refund if a client is late.

  3. We will refund in full if the makeup artist did not arrive for the appointment as agreed.

  4. Should the makeup artist arrive 20mins late, appointment can be cancelled and a full refund will be made, except transport & overtime fees.

  5. We will refund 50% if the client cancels their appointment at least 5 days before the appointment date. We will not refund if the client cancels on the day of the appointment.

  6. Rescheduling is recommended. However, the new date is subject to availability, it is your duty to update us on the new date as soon as possible, within 2/3 month. Credit is valid for 6 months only.

House Calls and Working Hours

  1. House calls within 20km from Mafikeng are charged R250. House calls outside Mafikeng are charged R10/km

  2. Holidays or Sunday appointments are extra R200, this fee is charged per person per session.

  3. Appointments outside our working hours are regarded as overtime, R200 fee is also applicable. This fee is charged per person, per session.

  4. Our working hours are from 9am - 2pm, Monday - Saturday

  5. We need 45min - 1hr for a full face. We can only work with a maximum number of 6 people for an event.

  6. We do not do full day services i.e touch ups during the day. Prices are quoted on once off basis.

Its Your Responsibility;

  1. to insure that payment is made within the stipulated time

  2. to forward proof of payment in time

  3. to reference correctly

  4. to insure that the account details provided are correct for refund

  5. to insure that all details for the appointment are correct, including arrival time  etc
